Bentley is a former driver in the USAC Championship Car series. He raced in the 1970-1975 seasons, with 37 career starts, including the 1971 and 1975 Indianapolis 500. He finished in the top ten 14 times, with his best finish in 4th position in 1970 at Milwaukee.

Bentley Warren was born in Kennebunkport, Maine and is a former driver in the USAC Championship Car series. He raced in the 1970-1975 seasons, with 37 career starts, including the 1971 and 1975 Indianapolis 500. He finished in the top ten 14 times, with his best finish in 4th position in 1970 at Milwaukee.

Warren's accomplishments in open wheeled racing are of legendary status. His racing career spans nearly a half-century and he has over 300 career feature wins to his credit, most behind the wheel of a supermodified. Warren has raced in virtually all types of open-wheeled cars throughout his long and illustrious career, from the ISMA Supermodifieds to USAC.

In the USAC Championship Car series. He raced in the 1970-1975 seasons, with 37 career starts. He finished in the top ten 14 times, with his best finish a 4th in 1970 at Milwaukee. He made two career starts in the Indy 500, where he finished 23rd in both 1971 and 1975.

Warren is also a two-time winner of the Little 500, the richest sprint car race on pavement. Much of Warren's open wheeled success has come behind the wheel of a supermodified.

Warren is closely associated with ISMA and New England short tracks, but he's also a master of the speedways. He dominated the International Super Modified Association throughout the 1980s and won 4 ISMA championships (1984, 88, 89, 90), and he brought his ISMA career win total to 40 when he won the 2003 season opening ISMA race at Seekonk Speedway. Warren also was runner-up in 1976, 1985 and 1994. He's a six-time champion of the storied Star Classic in Epping, New Hampshire.  Warren also has a total of 7 track championships at Oswego Speedway, and has won the prestigious Budweiser Classic 6 times at Oswego.

Between 2003 and 2005 he raced part-time for Dunigan Racing and proved he hadn't lost his touch. He won the season-opening race at Seekonk (Mass.) Speedway in May 2003.

Warren still keeps busy behind the wheel of a racecar. Fans can see Warren at race tracks across the United States driving an IMSA Supermodified, or a USAC Silver Crown car, and he makes an annual trip to Anderson Speedway to race in the Little 500.

Now well into his 60's, Bentley is still racing competitively, in sprint & super-modified cars and intends to carry on racing for some years yet.

In the early seventies entrepreneur Bentley Warren took a single dump truck and started Bentley Warren Trucking Inc. Today the former one-man company boasts a fleet of trucks that includes 25 tractors 40 trailers a tri-axle dump truck a 10-wheeler and a 6-wheeler. Bentley used his first truck to haul gravel to both commercial and residential customers in and around Gloucester MA where the company was originally based.
