One of the best Autralian drivers in F5000, won the Australian Drivers Championship 4 times. Raced at Bathurst 4 times with a best finish of fourth in 1979.

Alfredo Costanzo raced 4 times in the Bathurst 1000. His best effort came at his first attempt in 1979  driving with Allan Grice in the Holden Torana A9X, finishing fourth. That was followed by two DNFs, the first in 1984 when he drove with Colin Bond in the Alfa GTV6 and the second in 1986 when he drove with John Bowe in a Volvo 240T. 1989 was his final Bathurst 1000 when he was the lead driver in a VL Holden Commodore placing 14th.

He was one of the best Autralian drivers in F5000 and won the Australian Drivers Championship 4 times.
