The Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa of Peter Collins and Phil Hill won the 'Sebring 12 Hour' World Sports Car Championship race. The Ecurie Ecosse Jaguar and Aston Martin teams returned to WSC competition, and the Aston Martin of Stirling Moss and Tony Brooks led for 4 hours before falling off the pace. In the end, the winners finished a lap ahead of a team car shared by Luigi Musso and Olivier Gendebien. Finishing 3rd overall, but scoring a class win, was the Porsche 718 RSK of Harry Schell and Wolfgang Seidel.
